US President-elect Joe Biden cried, Tuesday, as he bid farewell to Delaware, in preparation for his move to Washington, DC.
This came during the President-elect’s message of thanks before his move from Delaware to Washington, in preparation for assuming power in the White House.
In his speech, in which the US president appeared affected, he said, “I am proud to be your president.”
Biden indicated that his wife asked him not to be emotional in my speech, except that he could not judge in his tears.
